Day 12

Today was Legs and Back again, followed by Ab Ripper.

I enjoy doing legs and back. All those lunges and squats are starting to pay off methinks.

I used to have a problem with my knees (don't have as much cartilage as everyone else anymore), and used to suffer a bit of pain.

With my quads and hammy's getting stronger know, they're supporting my knee more, and the pain isn't as great.

Still hate those damn wall squats though!!!!!

Looking forward to cardio tmw.

  1. Wall squats are brutal! Today should have been your day 16, when are we going to see an update? Reading other P90X'ers blogs keeps me motivated.
